This contractual stipulation, alongside other internal service rules of CashPulse Bingo, regulates all interactions between platform users and CashPulse Bingo concerning service utilization. Contract Adjustment Rules

CashPulse Bingo holds independent discretionary authority to revise this user contract and relevant service regulations at any moment. Updated clauses will be officially released on the platform official channel. Continuous use of platform services after revision announcement equals voluntary recognition of adjusted terms. Official alerts will be delivered to users upon rule changes. Those who refuse updated provisions will immediately lose service access qualification and can no longer use platform functions.

Service Authorization Scope

Based on this contract and affiliated platform rules, CashPulse Bingo grants users restricted service access permission. The authorization is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable, merely for personal leisure and non-commercial entertainment use. Authorization Restraint Rules

CashPulse Bingo has the final judgment right to define rule-breaking behaviors, and may adopt disposal measures such as deleting improper content, freezing accounts, restricting service access and other legal remedial methods.

Liability Exemption Clause

Within legal permissible scope, CashPulse Bingo assumes no compensation obligation for user losses including income reduction, profit decline, data missing and service suspension. Exception cases cover losses caused by severe platform negligence, intentional misconduct, personal injury and death triggered by platform fault or fraudulent acts. This clause will not override consumers’ legal basic rights. Users need to compensate and safeguard CashPulse Bingo and its affiliated staff from all third-party claims, compensation demands and legal costs arising from improper service use and contract violation. No liability compensation is required if losses derive from non-user subjective faults.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Handling

This contract and all related disputes shall follow local legal provisions. Relevant litigations shall be submitted to local competent judicial institutions. Residents of European Union regions can file lawsuits at local domestic courts in accordance with regional laws. Clause Validity Independence

If any single clause of this contract and privacy policy is ruled partially or totally invalid by authorized courts, only the disputed part loses binding force locally, while remaining clauses maintain full legal effectiveness.

Right Transfer Provision

CashPulse Bingo is entitled to partially or fully transfer contract rights and related rules to any individual or organization without prior user approval. Users can only transfer their contractual rights and obligations after obtaining formal written consent from the platform.

Supplementary Service Regulations

This user agreement and attached referenced documents constitute the full consensus between both parties, replacing all previous oral, written and customary agreements related to service use matters.

Right Non-abandonment Principle

Delayed or temporary non-exercise of platform legal rights does not mean permanent abandonment of relevant claims. Past lenient treatment cannot serve as valid defense for subsequent rule violation. Force Majeure Exemption

CashPulse Bingo is exempted from contractual liability when service interruption results from uncontrollable external factors, including natural disasters, labor strikes, power and network breakdowns, regional blockades, government emergency orders, terrorist incidents and warfare.

Rule Modification Privilege

The platform retains the right to adjust contract contents to adapt legal updates and service function upgrades. All revised versions and revision dates will be posted on the official site for public viewing, and users will receive relevant change notifications timely.
